Lead and empower cloud and infrastructure engineering teams through Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure platform solutions. This role combines technical leadership with Agile facilitation to drive high-performance outcomes across cloud-native and infrastructure-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile delivery for two cloud and infrastructure engineering teams, including platform engineers, a product owner, and a technical lead.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure consistent delivery and team alignment.
- Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparency within infrastructure-focused teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across architecture, security, and operations to ensure alignment on cloud and infrastructure priorities.
- Partner with the Lead Scrum Master and participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate dependencies and drive enterprise-level planning.
- Support quarterly planning cycles, ensuring infrastructure and cloud initiatives are scoped, prioritized, and executed effectively.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments, enabling teams to focus on building and maintaining robust cloud platforms and infrastructure services.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in a formal Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Background in systems engineering, platform operations, or infrastructure architecture.
- Experience supporting platform engineering or DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level planning and coordination across technical domains.
