In the role of aSr. Customer Supply Chain Performance Analystworking inMilwaukee, WIyou will be part of the Customer Supply Chain team. You will effectively utilize information systems and business processes to gather and analyze information with recommendations for service and performance improvements.
This position reports to the Manager, Customer Supply Chain and Performance Management, and works closely with our Supply Chain Planning team, as well as our brewery personnel, suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
• Based on data and analytics, provide recommendations for improvement in performance across multiple supply chain groups. Drives the solution. Educates on the metrics and drivers behind the financials, including financial acumen across CSC and broader ISC, and training of data mining skills within each of the supply chain functions. Provides analysis for annual planning including the progress to business objectives
• Seeks ways to continuously improve metric performance such as status of inventory levels, yard dwell time, out of stocks, and shipment execution - by partnering with key stakeholders to identify data gaps.
• Develops strategies into action plans, sets priorities for others, exerts influence and makes decisions within limited guidance on behalf of team. Development of databases to consolidate data as provided from internal partners and suppliers.
• Provides ad-hoc analysis for all areas of the supply chain as appropriate
• Communicates relevant updates to the Field Sales organizations regarding distributor related issues that fall within the assigned geography/scope of responsibility
Key Ingredients

• You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
• You are serious about delivering results and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
• You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style, and you can equally execute ideas given to you
• Knowledge of SAP transactional systems and processes
• 5+ Years supply chain experience, preferably in the beverage industry and/or consumer products. Experience to include Analytics, with a focus on Financials.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or Information Technology or equivalent years of experience

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $83,200.00-$109,200.00(posting salary range) +10%target short term incentive+$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
