We are looking for a Sr. SAP Analyst – SuccessFactors to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.


Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sr. SAP Analyst with a focus on SuccessFactors to support HR systems, optimize configurations, and enhance data-driven decision-making. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet evolving business requirements
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system improvements
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements to improve functionality
  • Document processes, configurations, and system changes


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SAP configuration experience (SuccessFactors preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience communicating with stakeholders or cross-functional teams
  • 1+ year of experience in data analytics, reporting, or data interpretation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
