Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Sales Cloud solutions (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts)
  • Build automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
  • Implement Lightning components (LWC/Aura) for enhanced UI/UX
  • Integrate Salesforce with external sales and marketing tools
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
