We’re Hiring: Senior QA Automation Engineer – Enterprise Storage

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and reports aligned with product requirements and industry standards (NVMe, PCIe, OCP).
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and test scripts using Python to power regression testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute functional, endurance, and stress testing on enterprise SSDs (U.2/U.3, EDSFF) to ensure maximum reliability and coverage.
• Configure and manage enterprise server environments (Dell, HPE, Supermicro), including BIOS/UEFI, RAID, and networking.
• Analyze test outcomes, log and track defects in JIRA, and lead root-cause analysis for complex system-level issues.
• Manage and maintain multi-OS environments including Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Windows Server, and VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging storage technologies and leveraging AI/ML tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to enhance testing efficiency and defect prediction.

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and systems validation, ideally in enterprise storage or server environments.
• Strong expertise in Python and Shell/Bash scripting for automation and orchestration.

⭐ Nice to Have

• Deep knowledge of SSD architecture, NVMe/PCIe protocols, and file systems (ext4, XFS, NTFS).
• Experience with I/O workload tools such as FIO, VDBench, or IOMeter.
• Hands-on experience with VMware lifecycle management (cloning, migration, troubleshooting).
• Exposure to AI-driven test automation or building intelligent test frameworks.
