JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal supervision to provide assistance to the Director, Pediatric Clinical Programs and Initiatives for projects associated with Women and Infants Services at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

JOB DUTIES

· Manages a portfolio of projects and completes/coordinates complex reports that directly support and involve Women and Infants services at UT Southwestern and partner institutions.

· Defines project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables. Works directly with key stakeholders to successful completion of projects.

· Regularly drafts, edits, and reviews documents, presentations, and spreadsheets for various audiences, and ensures consistency, accuracy, and applicability.

· Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, relieving the director of complex, high-level responsibilities that require in-depth knowledge of institutional policies, operations, and partnerships.

· Develops relationships and communicates with department leadership to understand and evaluate concerns with clinical operations and relationships with external third parties.

· Coordinates high-level meeting materials and manages action items as related to service line priorities.

· Performs financial and operational analyses in partnership with system leadership and utilizes problem-solving methodologies to improve coordination of services.

· Leads multi-departmental teams in design, execution, and effectiveness of various projects, including planning and implementation for new or expanded sites of service

· Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

· Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive organizational information.

· Performs other high level duties as assigned.
