This role exists to identify, curate, and translate Operator-proven talent practices into scalable content, tools, and resources that support independent Operators in equipping their Talent Directors to lead local talent strategies.
The Sr. Program Lead will own and evolve the Leadwell ecosystem as the central platform for talent content, ensuring it reflects Operator success and delivers practical, relevant resources that Operators may choose to adopt based on their unique business needs.
This role serves as the organizational voice of the Talent Director audience by capturing field insights and translating them into content, tools, and experiences that enable meaningful talent conversations and support Operator-led talent strategies at scale.
This leader owns the roadmap for the Talent Director program, defining how support evolves as Operators grow in size and complexity as local employers.
This role does not create talent strategy, rather amplifies and scales what is already working across the Operator community.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this leader provides subject matter expertise and influences content strategy, enablement approaches, and Talent Director engagement across the organization and with external partners.
This role also defines the future of talent content by innovating and delivering new approaches across formats and channels through the Leadwell platform.
