AFS is a sales-led organization, and product is central to how we win.
The Senior Product Manager, Syndications will own the vision, strategy, and execution of AFSVision’s syndications servicing product. This is an early-stage product with initial capabilities and a small base of early adopters, but significant opportunity to define the category and establish AFS as a market leader.
This role is not about incremental improvement. It is about building a modern, AI-enabled product from the ground up, shaping how we develop product at AFS, and driving measurable adoption and monetization in a critical growth area.
AFS is actively building its product management capability. This role will play a key part in establishing how product is practiced across the organization, setting standards for how we discover, design, build, and deliver products in an AI-enabled environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with hands-on execution, deep experience bringing products to market, and the ability to elevate how product management operates within a growing organization.
You’ll operate in a sales-led, enterprise environment—partnering closely with Sales/CS on roadmap tradeoffs, adoption, and revenue.
What This Role Owns
· End-to-end ownership of the syndications servicing product within AFSVision
· Product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to AFS growth priorities
· Definition and delivery of a differentiated, scalable syndications offering
· Adoption, usage, and monetization of the product across the customer base
· Advancement of product management practices within AFS
· Transformation of product development through AI-enabled workflows
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
· Define and continuously refine the product vision for syndications servicing
· Establish a clear market position relative to competitors and internal alternatives
· Translate customer needs and market opportunities into a prioritized roadmap
· Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with company growth objectives
AI-First Product Development
· Lead the use of AI-first tools (e.g., Figma, Bolt, Lovable) to rapidly create high-fidelity prototypes and concepts
· Drive faster customer validation cycles through AI-enabled design and iteration
· Establish repeatable, AI-first product development practices across the team
· Act as a catalyst for broader product and engineering transformation at AFS
Customer & Market Engagement
· Conduct market research, customer interviews, and structured focus groups
· Partner directly with customers to co-create and validate product direction
· Translate real-world workflows into scalable product capabilities
· Build strong relationships with key clients to drive early adoption and advocacy
Execution & Delivery
· Lead a cross-functional POD including engineering, design, and SMEs
· Drive clarity on requirements, priorities, and success criteria
· Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product capabilities
· Balance speed with scalability and long-term platform alignment
Adoption & Monetization
· Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, usage, and revenue impact
· Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market execution
· Support pricing and packaging strategies for syndications capabilities
· Ensure product-market fit translates into measurable commercial outcomes
Product Practice & Organizational Impact
· Help establish and scale product management best practices across AFS
· Introduce structured approaches to discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development
· Elevate how cross-functional teams collaborate around product outcomes
· Mentor and influence other product managers and stakeholders
· Serve as a model for modern, AI-enabled product management within the organization
First 12 Month Priorities
· Establish a clear product vision and roadmap for syndications servicing within the first 90–120 days
· Build and validate high-fidelity product concepts using AI tools with direct customer input
· Convert early adopters into referenceable customers and expand usage within existing accounts
· Launch key syndications capabilities that materially improve market competitiveness
· Define and implement an AI-first product development approach within the syndications POD
· Introduce and operationalize core product management practices within AFS
· Drive measurable adoption and initial monetization of the syndications product offering
Working Relationships
· Chief Product Officer / CEO: Alignment on product vision, priorities, and performance
· CTO & Engineering Leadership: Joint ownership of delivery, architecture, and AI-enabled development practices
· CRO & Go-To-Market Teams: Partnership on positioning, pipeline support, and revenue realization
· COO & Customer Success: Alignment on customer outcomes, onboarding, and adoption
· Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Deep collaboration to translate domain expertise into scalable product capabilities

Experience & Profile
· ~10+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of building and scaling B2B SaaS products
· Proven ability to bring new products or major features to market and drive adoption and monetization
· Experience operating in environments where product management practices needed to be built or significantly improved
· Demonstrated fluency in AI-enabled product development, including use of tools such as Figma, Bolt, Lovable, or similar
· Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage product environments
· Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
· Ability to engage directly with enterprise customers and translate needs into product direction
Preferred but Not Required:
· Experience in syndicated lending, commercial banking, or financial services
· Familiarity with loan servicing, syndications workflows, or capital markets products
