Role Description

Smarter HR Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Lead Business Analyst & Project Manager for an on-site role in Houston, TX 77002. Key responsibilities include leading PeopleSoft HCM-related projects, gathering and analyzing business requirements, overseeing business processes, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure effective communication, and drive process improvements to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in improving Business Processes
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders effectively
• Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects within PeopleSoft HCM environments
• Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Project management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus
