Sr. Payroll Specialist 140K
Mountain View, CA (Hybrid 3 days a week)
Our successful and growing client is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist to be responsible for processing multistate payroll for 275 employees on ADP Workforce Now. They are looking for someone with a solid accounting background and a high level of attention to detail. This role will work in their Mountain View office onsite 3 days a week and remote the other 2 days. The role will own end-to-end payroll processing for all domestic entities and employees. accurate payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions. Review all payroll transactions, including salary changes, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and any other earnings or deductions related to payroll.
A CPP and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is highly preferred.
Prior experience and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required
