Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and highly creative Senior Manager of Events & Brand Experience to lead the conception, planning, and execution of immersive brand moments that reflect the prestige, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of Versace for the North American Region. This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class experiences that deepen client relationships, elevate brand perception, and drive business impact across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive events and brand experience strategy aligned with overall brand and business objectives
• Translate brand identity into elevated, memorable, and emotionally resonant experiences
• Partner with senior leadership, CRM, PR, retail, and HQ teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints
Event & Experience Management
• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-profile events, including VIP client experiences, product launches, private dinners, cultural partnerships, and activations
• Conceptualize innovative experiential formats that reinforce brand positioning in the luxury space
• Oversee event production, including creative direction, design, venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution
Client Experience & Relationship Building
• Design bespoke, high-touch experiences tailored to top-tier clients and VIP audiences
• Collaborate with clienteling teams to curate personalized journeys that foster loyalty and lifetime value
• Maintain a deep understanding of consumers expectations, trends, and behaviors
Brand Standards & Creative Excellence
• Ensure all experiences reflect the highest level of quality, detail, and brand consistency
• Set and uphold visual and experiential guidelines across all activations
• Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand integrity
Budget & Vendor Management
• Own and manage event budgets with a focus on ROI and efficiency
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with premium vendors, agencies, and production partners
• Ensure flawless execution within budget and timelines
Measurement & Optimization
• Define KPIs and evaluate the success of events through both qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Leverage insights to continuously refine and elevate future experiences
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand experience, preferably within luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
• Proven track record of executing high-impact, high-touch luxury events on a global scale
• Exceptional creative vision with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing large budgets and external partners
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as required by events
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
