The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to support general building operations. Working with limited supervision, this role monitors building systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and company directives related to building operations and work safety
  • Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance as required
  • Review assigned work orders and estimating time and materials needed to complete repair
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations and escalating as needed
  • Responsible to maintain assigned company vehicle

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of four years of related experience preferred
  • Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset

  • Competent use of iPad & iPhone 

  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently

  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 – 4:30PM and overtime available

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $29.00-36.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
