Sr. Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• This per­son will devel­op cre­ative solu­tions for var­ied envi­ron­ments; par­tic­i­pate in high-ener­gy, col­lab­o­ra­tive teams; and imple­ment over­all design con­cepts, inte­ri­or details and fin­ish palettes through all phas­es of design.
• As a Sr team mem­ber, the indi­vid­ual will take lead for design issues and will be respon­si­ble for all phas­es of the projects from pro­gram­ming, design devel­op­ment, and over­sight of design intent dur­ing the con­struc­tion doc­u­ment and con­struc­tion admin­is­tra­tion phases.
• One day remote per week

Essential Skills

• 10+ years’ com­mer­cial design expe­ri­ence, ide­al­ly with a focus on the Edu­ca­tion (High­er Ed and K‑12) mar­ket.
• Bachelors degree in Interior design, interior architecture or related field is a plus
• Must be proficient with archicad or revit
• The ide­al can­di­date is self-moti­vat­ed, com­fort­able com­mu­ni­cat­ing with clients and an inno­v­a­tive prob­lem solver.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

- Project completion based bonuses & end of year bonus (based on company performance). Typically the bonuses total are 15-18% of base salary. - 3 weeks of vacation- 1 week of personal time- 8 paid holidays- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 20, 2026.
