What You Will Be Doing


As the Sr. Integrated Program Planner you will be responsible for driving program and capital planning initiatives that enable efficient execution of site projects.



Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Work with stakeholders to develop, submit, and status capital projects supporting the Ocala site.
  • Track expenditures against approved budgets and submit monthly spend plans.
  • Support projects through the approval process.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive capital status reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with Program and Functional Leads, Procurement, Government Compliance, Accounting, and MFC Capital Planning.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related
-Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline driven environment
-Ability to execute assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and direction
-Acute attention to process and data detail
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
-Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
-Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
-Experience with Capital Planning and project life cycles
-Experience with Microsoft Project
-LM financial systems environment familiarity
-Ability to work with seasoned professionals in a dynamic teaming environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
