Job Title: Sr Full Stack React Native Engineer ( Cloude Code )

Duration : 6 Months (Contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong end-to-end development expertise and leadership capabilities. This role requires hands-on experience across modern web and mobile technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.
Note:
- Claude Code experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Feature Ownership ::
- Independently design, develop, and deliver medium to high complexity features
- Ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
Front-End Development ::
- Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React & React Native
- Ensure seamless integration with backend services
- Maintain consistent cross-platform user experience
Backend Engineering ::
- Develop backend systems using C#, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
- Ensure reliability and scalability of distributed systems
Cloud & Infrastructure ::
- Work with AWS services: ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Develop event-driven systems using Kafka, Debezium, SNS/NServiceBus
Database Development ::
- Design and optimize databases using SQL & PostgreSQL
- Ensure high performance, data integrity, and scalability
System Design & Architecture ::
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Apply best practices for scalable, maintainable systems
Mentorship & Collaboration ::
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams
Process Leadership ::
- Drive best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, version control
- Improve development processes and team efficiency
Technical Strategy ::
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Influence long-term technical direction and scalability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in:
- React & React Native
- C#, TypeScript
- REST APIs & Microservices
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of system design and architecture
- Proven experience with:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Automated testing
- Code reviews & documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with high accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Freshworks
- AWS Certified Developer (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code
