We’re looking for a Senior PM (Precon + Ops) who thrives on the "swing." One week it’s a $250k playground; the next, it’s a multi-million dollar athletic complex.
What the role actually looks like:
The Hunt: Price work without perfect information. If you need 3 rounds of bids and 100% CDs to move, this isn't for you.
The Execution: You own the project from first budget to final closeout.
The Strategy: Protect margin when things inevitably get messy.
The Support: You aren't doing this alone. You’ll have a Project Coordinator and Assistant PM to handle the paperwork/admin so you can focus on the subs and the strategy.
