JOB SUMMARY

Marriott International is seeking a Sr. Director, Procurement Reporting and Receivables to join our Procurement Operations team. The Procurement Operations team is responsible for leading core functions such as governance, vendor support, reporting, and management of revenues and receivables. This leader will oversee teams responsible for enterprise procurement reporting and supplier receivables, enabling data-driven decision-making and strong financial performance across Enterprise Procurement.

In this role, you will set the strategy and drive delivery of reporting for procurement savings, service level agreements (SLAs), ESG, and other key measures. You will own the governance, tracking, and P&L of all Procurement KPIs and serve as the business owner for the reporting technology and tools—ensuring consistent definitions, high data quality, automation where possible, and timely insights for leaders and stakeholders. You will partner closely with internal Enterprise Procurement teams—including Category Management and Contracting—to provide market intelligence, should-cost analysis, and performance dashboards that support sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier performance management, and executive communications. Additionally, you will lead the Receivables team responsible for supplier spend tracking, allowance and rebate calculations, supplier invoicing, forecasting, and collection activities. For our GPO business, you will oversee market basket analysis and price audits to validate pricing, strengthen compliance, and protect program value.

Required Experiences

  • 4- year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business administration, finance, accounting, or Supply Chain

  • 10+ years’ business management experience in a global organization with increasing management responsibility and history of consistently delivering business results.

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow and PowerBI is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, critical thinking and knowledge of the procurement planning and contracting process.

  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Reporting & Analytics

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and delivery of enterprise procurement reporting, including savings, service level agreements (SLAs), ESG reporting, and executive-ready performance insights.

  • Own Procurement KPI governance, including metric definitions, data standards, operating cadence, and performance tracking to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clear accountability.

  • Serve as business owner for procurement reporting technology and tools; drive enhancements, automation, data quality improvements, user enablement, and scalability of dashboards and self-service analytics.

  • Partner with Category Management and Contracting teams to deliver market intelligence, should-cost analyses, and supplier/category performance metrics that inform sourcing strategies and negotiations.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communications for senior leaders and stakeholders; ensure reporting is decision-oriented and aligned to business priorities.

Receivables & GPO Program Management

  • Oversee the Receivables team, including supplier spend tracking, allowance and rebate calculations, supplier invoicing, forecasting, and collections to support program economics and cash realization.

  • Lead market basket analysis and price audits for the GPO business; strengthen financial and data controls, ensure compliance to supplier agreements, and drive continuous improvement across reporting and receivables processes.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team; set priorities, establish operating rhythms, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment across Procurement, Finance, Sustainability, Legal, and Technology.
