In the role of Sr Dir Product Solution Owner - Commworking in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Information Technology team. The Sr. Dir Product Solution Owner - Commercial acts as the Product Manager (PM). This role has a larger product line below them with several PO's (Sr. Mgrs). This role is accountable for end-to-end business outcomes of a respective product set (commercial) from conceptualization through delivery and value tracking. The Product Manager will translate the vision and strategy of their functional area senior executives into the vision, strategy and related key results for their product line.
This position reports to the VP Commercial Portfolio Owner and will provide direction to a team of more junior product managers, product owners, solution architects, developers, UX designers and change teams to to deliver the strategy and needed business results from the digital product line. This extends beyond pure implementation to holistic plans for adoption and re-imagination of the business area to which they are assigned.

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings:$171,700.00-$225,400.00(posting salary range) +30%target short term incentive +target long term incentive +$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
