Sr. Diesel Mechanic

• Perform all estimations, diagnoses and corrections on equipment.
• Complete routine rebuilds and replacements
• Perform a wide variety of preventive maintenance, annual vehicle inspections, component replacements and other repairs on tractors
• Complete inspections, diagnosis and work estimations
• Communicate status updates with internal customers
• Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Work requires continuous standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping/squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching above the shoulder, and twisting.

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of verifiable hands-on experience as a commercial diesel mechanic.
• Technical Requirements: Well versed with heavy duty trucks. Must have all skills in general mechanics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical understanding.
• Tools: Must furnish own personal hand tools.
• Diagnostic Proficiency:Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment and tools for accurate troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports.
• Soft Skills: Successfully demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Work Ethic: Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $35.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
