As aSr Deputy Program Manager Engineering (DPME)for the Torpedo Systems Group, you work closely with the Senior Engineering Leadership, Chief Engineers and Business Area Managers to plan, authorize, and drive execution of the engineering tasks to completion (including providing strong leadership to ensure all events occur as planned). You will be the face of program engineering teams to stakeholders and will work closely with Program Management to ensure contract obligations are met.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
