  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for capital equipment, including aseptic processing and freeze-drying systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in the U.S. and internationally to ensure proper system functionality, upgrades, and technical alignment.
  • Coordinate vendor services, outsourced repairs, and act as a key technical interface between customers, service teams, and suppliers.
  • Manage service-related materials, parts, and project data using SAP and CRM systems.
  • Support customer training programs, maintenance planning, and conduct line audits and minor equipment refurbishments.
  • Assist in system upgrades, logistics coordination, warranty processing, and multi-line technical troubleshooting.
  • Develop control system documentation and support validation activities in compliance with FDA and GAMP guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards while supporting field engineers, technicians, and end users throughout the project lifecycle.
