Nemours is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst.
The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a strategic partner in the design, implementation, and governance of Nemours Children’s Health compensation programs. This role provides advanced analytics, market insights, and consultative support to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. The Sr. Analyst leads complex projects such as pay equity reviews, incentive plan modeling, and job architecture initiatives, while advising HR leadership and business partners on compensation strategy
Job Requirements:
8+ years of experience in compensation role with compensation analytics and reporting, plus compensation project management
