Position SummaryThe Senior Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth, operational excellence, and profitability of their branch, overseeing a branch that has met the receivable/profitability requirements that employs two or more staff team members. As a senior BSM, this role demands a visionary professional who can not only manage financial performance but also lead a high-performing team, develop future leaders, and build a dynamic, customer-centric environment. The Senior Branch Sales Manager will utilize analytics to optimize branch performance, grow the consumer loan portfolio, and execute strategies from division leadership to position the branch as a market leader in financial services.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience RequiredPrior management experience required. Internal applicants must currently be a in a BSM role for 6 months. Applicants must have completed BSM development plan. Have a working knowledge of P&L, sales, collections, and cost controlling measures. Equivalent operational and/or leadership experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.
Knowledge RequiredProven track record in senior sales management, preferably in consumer lending or financial services, with experience managing multiple team members. Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop employees to achieve high performance and drive business growth. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and district leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of using data to make informed decisions that positively impact financial performance. Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance within the financial services industry, with the ability to navigate complex legal and operational requirements. Ability to work independently while aligning branch activities with division leadership and broader company strategies.
Physical RequirementsStanding/sitting for long periods of time; walking, including extended distances; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation in order to complete tasks including, but not limited to, banking, marketing, and providing staffing coverage within the division; exposure to outdoors limited to elements that the ordinary person would be exposed to at that time; typing; ability to travel to be physically present at and to complete the physical requirements; housekeeping/cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, bathroom, etc., including exposure to cleaning chemicals.
