Senior Epic Application Analyst – Unified Communications & QGenda

Location: 100% Remote

Our client, a large hospital system in the Southeast, is looking for a Senior Epic Analyst to join the team!! Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic experience, preferably with Unified Communications and QGenda
• Epic certification required
• Experience supporting Epic in a large health system environment
• Strong understanding of application build, testing, and support
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Play a lead role in Epic Unified Communications and QGenda integrations
• Design future-state workflows that truly improve operations
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT partners as a trusted expert

As a Senior Epic Application Analyst, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for application design, build, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration, and build of Epic Unified Communications and QGenda
• Partner with department stakeholders to assess current workflows and design improved future-state processes
• Translate operational and revenue workflows into effective system solutions
• Serve as the primary analyst for your application area, from design through go‑live and beyond
• Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and procedures
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate system enhancements, and manage change requests
• Test new builds and Epic releases prior to production deployment
• Support go‑live events, downtime planning, and production readiness
• Collaborate with trainers on role-based education and assist with end-user training
• Participate in project meetings, provide demos, and deliver regular status updates

This is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
