The Role: Solution-Oriented Sales Leadership
As a Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients—partnering with technology and business leaders to understand their objectives, technical environments, and workforce challenges. You will position Judge’s IT and Engineering staffing solutions to support initiatives such as digital transformation, system modernization, product development, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, and operational scale.
This role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic account growth, and long-term client value, with increasing influence over account strategy and delivery execution.
