Job Overview

1. Coordinate the follow-up of problems on the production site of new materials (structural parts);

2. As the on-site interface of material quality problems, make overall plans to deal with the poor incoming materials (incoming materials, manufacturing processes, customer complaints) of suppliers after mass production in the base, and promote suppliers to complete cause analysis, measures landing and effect verification on schedule;

3. Participate in the formulation of containment plan;

4. Participate in the progress, risk and problem management of APQP development process of parts, and participate in PPAP approval of parts;

5. Support relevant departments to complete customer audit;

6. Responsible for SQE team training of structural parts.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering; Major in vehicle engineering/materials/machinery/automation or other related fields is preferred
2. At least 5 years quality management experience of metal structure materials (die casting, stamping, welding, etc.) in vehicle manufacturing (main engine factory) and its parts industry (first-class supplier), and experience in power battery industry is preferred;
3. 2 years or more team management experience (≥ 3 people),
4. Familiar with stamping, welding, machining and other technological processes and risk points, have a strong understanding of aluminum material characteristics, and can use CQI-15 to audit suppliers;
5. Master quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC;
6. Have supplier audit ability and obtain auditor certificate in IATF16949 and VDA6.3;
7. 4Have 6 sigma green belt or above, and master the quality analysis tools such as Minitab and JMP is preferred
8. Familiar with GD & T related form and position tolerance and other dimensioning systems;
9. Good English reading and writing skills, oral English is preferred;
10. Good logical analysis, communication and coordination skills;
11. Have structured thinking, teamwork consciousness and pressure resistance;

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
