Hourly Rate + Tips!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect and record bets accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently.
• Pay winning wagers according to the correct odds, guaranteeing that guests receive accurate payouts.
• Explain betting rules, options, and promotions, addressing any guest inquiries to enhance their experience.
• Balance cash and ticket sales daily to ensure all funds are accounted for.
• Engage with customers about various betting options, fostering conversations that encourage participation.
• Resolve customer disputes or complaints promptly, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
• Assist supervisors in identifying guests with special needs or high-stakes betting patterns to protect company assets while providing excellent service.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious wagering activities.
• Adhere to established business processes to optimize speed and efficiency throughout your shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience with cash transaction.
• Previous gaming experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
