Job Responsibilities
- Learn and represent our clients’ brands, products, and services with professionalism
- Participate in promotional marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
- Engage directly with customers in retail and event-based settings
- Deliver engaging presentations and provide product information to customers
- Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and leadership development sessions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, retail partners, and management teams
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive, competitive, and team-oriented work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sports, sales, restaurants, or events is a plus, but not required
