Role Description-KNIGHTDALE LOCATION
CLINIC ONLY: This is a full-time BILIINGUAL (HISPANIC) Speech Language Pathologist OR ENGLISH ONLY Speech Language Pathologist based in Knightdale, NC. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide individualized therapy to clients pediatric clients with diverse communication, and speech/ language needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, collaborating with caregivers, documenting progress, and utilizing evidence-based practices to support outcomes. Capitol City Speech Therapy opened our 3rd location 1.5 years ago and is excited to see it grow in a community that has so much need.
If you're a therapist that loves diversity, Capitol City Speech Therapy can meet your needs. SLPs at Capitol City Speech Therapy may have 1-2 specialties but most see patients ages 18 month+ working on articulation, language, social skills, fluency, literacy, voice, AAC, and feeding within a variety of delays, disorders and specialty needs.
Interested in learning something new, we support our SLPs with hands on learning opportunities as well as access to a variety of CEUs.
The position includes access to learning how the business runs. This will include but may not be limited to, learning insurance rules, patient advocacy, SLP advocacy, and light office duties (such as assisting with new patients check in).
