Speech Language Pathologist Fellow - Rehabilitation Neurology at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Provides direct patient care services in all assigned areas that includes evaluation, assessment, treatment planning based on the functional needs of the patients, program development, evaluation of the response to care, and readjustment of the treatment plan as required. Plans and provides patient, family, peer and community education and coordinates services with other health cares professionals including interaction with physicians responsible for the care of the patient. The Speech Language Pathologist Fellow will be supervised by a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, and will be responsible for ensuring mentoring requirements and needs are met. Follows an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and be competent in critical areas and support program components. Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree From an accredited Speech/Language Pathology and Audiology program Or equivalent education/experience
    • Comparable education (must be ASHA approved).
  • Upon hire: California Temporary Required Professional Experience License 
  • Upon hire: California Speech Language Pathologist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
