Job Title: Special Inspector-ICC Reinforced Concrete

for Data Center Projects

Job Description

We are seeking ICC-certified Reinforced Concrete and/or Structural Masonry Inspectors for an exciting opportunity to work on data center projects in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves maintaining complete and accurate files of field and laboratory data, reports, letters, RFI's, and other pertinent field data. Effective communication with Project Managers and client representatives is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper and complete files of field and laboratory data, reports, letters, RFIs, and other pertinent field data.
  • Communicate clearly with the Project Manager and client representatives.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control related to reinforced concrete and masonry structures.

Essential Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of standards related to the construction and inspection of reinforced concrete and masonry structures.
  • Ability to read and understand structural blueprints and current code requirements.
  • Minimum of two years of inspection experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • ICC certification for concrete, masonry, post tension, steel & welding.
  • Positive attitude.

Work Environment

The work is based in the Phoenix Metro area, offering opportunities to work on great projects with a top-tier firm. Overtime is available, and inspectors must maintain a clean driving record.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
