Special Equipment Operator (7p-7a) – Full-Time with Flexibility

• Hours: 7 PM – 7 AM   
• Days: Monday - Friday (choose your shifts in the app) 
• Pay: $19.87/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)    
• Location: Graphic Packaging – Shelbyville, IL 

All MWC workers are required to provide their own steel toed shoes.
 

You’ll play a key role in keeping orders moving by:   

• Load, unload, and move products between trucks, conveyors, and warehouse storage  
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for outbound shipment with accurate documentation  
• Operate equipment like forklifts, clamp trucks, and RF units to keep inventory moving and organized 

• Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial vehicles is required
• Equipment you'll use - Roll clamp, box clamp, forklift, and RF units
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office) and comfort using RF units  
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and basic math skills 
• Occasionally moving or pushing up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet  
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels
