I’m working with a program supporting adolescents (ages 14–18) that is looking to add a Special Education Teacher (SPED Teacher) to their team.

This is a great fit for someone who wants smaller class sizes, strong structure, and the ability to really connect with students, instead of feeling stretched too thin.

The Role:

• Deliver classroom instruction in a structured setting
• Supporting academic and behavioral development
• Develop and manage IEPs

• Special Education Certification (or in progress)
• Experience with adolescents preferred
• Comfortable with IEPs and classroom management

Compensation & Benefits:

• $70,000 – $107,000 salary range
