The Role

As Project Manager – Architecture & Engineering, you will oversee and coordinate multi‑disciplinary engineering efforts across architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural disciplines. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll ensure projects remain accurate, efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with overall objectives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end‑to‑end, navigating design and construction challenges, mentoring technical talent, and managing multiple initiatives without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project change management by reviewing, tracking, and validating change orders and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide technical support and collaborate closely with architects, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support the training and development of AutoCAD specialists to strengthen technical standards and consistency
  • Clearly communicate project updates, design changes, and technical requirements to both internal and external partners
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for landlords, contractors, vendors, and governing authorities
  • Assist with engineering concepts, fixture layouts, scopes of work, and project scheduling
  • Continuously refine engineering workflows to improve accuracy, productivity, and efficiency
  • Perform value engineering to reduce construction costs while maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Maintain working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Virtual Premise, and applicable building codes
  • Research, analyze, and present information using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative, team‑focused approach with confidence working cross‑functionally

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
