Under the Landsat Mission Operations (LMO) project, the Systems Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues, developing and maintaining procedures and documentation, providing technical briefings and test support. The role involves developing and evaluating systems, to ensure operations meet applicable governmental specifications. The Systems Engineer supports the generation of technical engineering products throughout the system development life cycle and influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework used across multiple products or systems.Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
