Assist with day-to-day operations of Health Spa to ensure quality Guest Service.
Courtesy when dealing with guests and other employees.
Schedule Spa appointments.
Inform and educate guests about treatments, products and hotel services.
Read notes in Health Spa logbook from previous shift.
Address guests by name, whenever possible.
Sign in/out bank for cash register.
Conduct monetary and room charge transactions for guests.
Answer multi-line telephones in a professional, courteous manner.
Fold and stock Spa towels.
Clean exercise equipment.
Clean floors of Spa periodically each day.
Assist in maintaining public area restrooms in pool areas.
Transport soiled linen to laundry chute.
Maintain cleanliness of saunas, Jacuzzis and steam rooms.
Maintain proper appearance of Spa lobby entrance, locker rooms, saunas, Jacuzzi, steam room, and fitness areas to include dusting, filling, stocking, folding and polishing.
Maintain proper par levels for juices and serve guests as needed.
Clean inside and outside of lockers thoroughly.
Remove trash in all areas of Spa and Fitness center.
Maintain cleanliness of pool deck and stock towels.
Maintain proper attendance in accordance with company and departmental policy.
Perform other duties as requested.
