About the Role

Aayka is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Bridal & Groom Stylist to join our New York City showroom. In this role, you'll guide clients through a personalized custom design journey — helping them bring their vision to life through made-to-measure attire that reflects their individual style and cultural identity.

You'll work closely with clients from concept to creation, facilitating fittings, advising on design choices, and ensuring every detail aligns with their vision. A deep understanding of South Asian fabrics, silhouettes, and cuts is at the core of this role — it's what allows you to translate a client's ideas into something truly exceptional.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of South Asian fabrics, silhouettes, and cuts — this is essential to the role
• Experience in retail sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Background in fashion styling, bridal/groom wear consultations, or a related field is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to deliver a personalized, high-touch experience
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of South Asian fashion trends
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Weekend availability with a commitment of 15–20 hours per week at our NYC showroom
• Ability to sketch is a plus (not required)
