Job Title: Talent Sourcer/ Sourcing Specialist

Pay Range: $35–$37.50/hour (W2)

Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Project Description
Seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts by identifying, attracting, and qualifying candidates for healthcare roles. The role focuses heavily on sourcing for niche and hard-to-fill positions within a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and generate high-quality candidates for assigned roles
• Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and databases to build talent pipelines
• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit
• Maintain and update ATS systems (Taleo) with candidate status
• Build and manage talent pools of passive candidates
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates
• Support onboarding activities when required
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and sourcing initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of Talent Sourcing experience in a hospital/healthcare setting (MANDATORY)
• Experience using ATS systems (Taleo preferred)
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards)
• Ability to screen and qualify candidates effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Preferred Skills
• 1+ year of HR or recruiting support experience
• Experience sourcing for clinical or healthcare roles
