About the Role

Oliveda is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities within the beauty and supplements categories. This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance, and driving cost efficiency while supporting Oliveda’s premium brand standards and growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead sourcing and procurement strategy for beauty and dietary supplement product categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality global suppliers and manufacturers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, MOQs, lead times, and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, and applicable cosmetic/supplement regulations).
• Partner with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to support new product launches.
• Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and supply chain risks.
• Manage procurement timelines to ensure consistent inventory and production flow.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining premium product standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, reporting, and supplier performance tracking.
• Support sustainable and ethical sourcing initiatives aligned with Oliveda’s brand values.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or supplements industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, private label, and contract manufacturing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP, and cosmetic/supplement compliance).
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Nice to Have

• International sourcing experience (Europe, Asia, etc.).
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of natural, organic, or clean beauty formulations and ingredients.
• Experience in luxury or premium beauty brands.
• Understanding of ingredient sourcing and product formulation fundamentals.

• Salary Range: 95K – 125K (depending on your experience)
