Host/Busser

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Host/Busser. In this role, you will provide a friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. Actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables after guests leave.
• Greet and welcome guests, in a friendly manner, escorting them to the assigned dining area. 
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.

What We’re Looking For 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
