New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with varied 8-hour shifts, primarily mornings, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required for training. This role provides education across the Scripps system and requires travel to support all Scripps locations offering ultrasound services. Candidates must be flexible throughout the week to accommodate scheduling needs, including coverage for sick calls and other schedule adjustments as needed.

This position is primarily located at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines.

  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

  • BLS from the American Heart Association.
  • ARDMS or CCI
  • Experience performing OB and Breast exams
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting, including 3 or more years in ultrasound, with at least 1 year in a lead or quality control role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of formal training/educational program in a school that is accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) or hospital training program.
  • OB/GYN, Breast, AB, MSK and PS certified
  • Teaching Ultrasonography in College/Hospital based Sonography programs.
  • Leadership experience

Position Pay Range: $62.80-$91.07/hour
