Clustag | RFID Solutions
Doral, FL

ABOUT CLUSTAG

Clustag (formerly Rielec, founded 2015) is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and deployment of advanced RFID solutions for intralogistics. With headquarters in Spain, a growing North American operation anchored in Miami, and a subsidiary in Mexico, Clustag has deployed over 1,000 solutions across 200 distribution centers in 35+ countries.

Our flagship ecosystem includes mass-scanning RFID tunnels with certified RFID Shield technology, RFID workstations, GOH (Garment on Hanger) solutions, pallet verification, and Zentup — our proprietary RFID software platform delivering 99%+ read accuracy. Clients span fashion, luxury, sportswear — including major global retailers.

The Miami Customer Experience Center is the hub for North American growth. This is where the next chapter of Clustag's U.S. expansion begins — and where this role sits.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join Clustag North America at a pivotal moment. This is not a traditional sales role — it is a technically-driven, client-facing position that requires the ability to understand complex intralogistics operations, translate customer pain points into concrete RFID solutions, and guide prospects from first conversation to signed project.

You will be the technical and commercial voice of Clustag in the field — conducting site assessments, designing solution architectures, building proposals with layouts and ROI models, and closing deals.

This role is built for someone who wants to grow. You will start as a high-impact individual contributor and, as the North American team scales, transition into a team leadership role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct discovery calls and on-site assessments to map client intralogistics workflows
  • Translate operational pain points into technically sound RFID solution proposals
  • Design solution architectures including equipment layouts, read point positioning, and system integration flows
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and ROI documentation tailored to each prospect
  • Lead technical demonstrations at the Miami Customer Experience Center and at client sites
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to project handoff
  • Build and maintain relationships with end users, system integrators, and strategic partners
  • Identify and develop new accounts across warehousing, fulfillment, retail logistics, and distribution sectors
  • Represent Clustag at trade shows and industry events (NRF, ProMat, MODEX, and others)
  • Provide structured feedback to engineering and product teams based on field learnings
  • Coordinate internally with operations and engineering to ensure smooth project transitions
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and deal momentum in CRM

CAREER GROWTH & LEADERSHIP TRACK

This role is designed as a foundational leadership position. You will start as an individual contributor embedded in a fast-growing North American operation, learning the business from the ground up.

Phase 1: Ramp-up; deep product immersion, first customer engagements, pipeline building. Reporting to a senior commercial lead.

Phase 2: Full autonomy; owning end-to-end deals, developing key accounts, contributing to product feedback loop. Reporting directly to the Global Commercial Director.

Phase 3: Leadership track; as the North American team scales, this person is positioned to lead the Solutions team, reporting directly to the Global Commercial Director.
