Solutions Consultant (SaaS / Procurement Analytics)

Location: Must be able to commute to Atlanta 2-3 days every 2 weeks

Salary: Base up to $115k + 20% Bonus + Unlimited PTO and Benefits

We’re looking for a talented Solutions Consultant to join a fast-growing, innovative SaaS Procurement/Spend Intelligence/Analytics company that transforms how procurement teams operate. The Role:

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, bridging Sales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success. You’ll play a critical role in the sales process—bringing credibility, insight, and technical expertise to help prospects understand the value of the platform, shape solutions, influence strategy and help win complex enterprise deals.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that clearly address customer challenges
  • Translate advanced AI/ML capabilities into clear, business-focused value
  • Lead or support Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with defined success metrics
  • Partner with Sales on discovery, solution design, and objection handling
  • Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution scoping
  • Train and support Sales teams with best practices and reusable demo content
  • Ensure seamless handover from Sales to Delivery teams
  • Work closely with Account Management to identify expansion opportunities
  • Share customer insights to help shape product roadmap and innovation
  • Support marketing initiatives with subject-matter expertise
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and customers
  • Participate in in-person meetings and events (up to 25% travel)


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS pre-sales role (Solutions Consultant / Engineer)
  • Experience in procurement, spend analytics, or consulting
  • Background in enterprise B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to explain complex concepts (including AI/ML) in simple, impactful ways
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (up to C-level)
  • Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
