Work Environment
This role is based in a hands-on electronics production environment focused on assembling motherboards and small electronic parts. You will regularly work under a microscope to handle fine-gauge wires and delicate components, using soldering tools, hand tools, and other standard assembly equipment. The work involves reading and following detailed blueprints, visual aids, and schematics to complete precise tasks. The environment is structured, process-driven, and quality-focused, with clear work instructions and standards to guide daily activities. Attire is typical for a technical production setting, with appropriate safety and cleanliness requirements based on working with electronic components and tools
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
