Job Title: Solar Construction Superintendent
Job Description
The Solar Construction Superintendent oversees the construction of commercial solar sites, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of projects such as carport installations and small ground-mount distributed generation systems. This role coordinates multiple subcontractors on site, manages day-to-day construction activities, and ensures that all work complies with design specifications, electrical standards, and construction best practices.

Work Environment
This role is primarily site-based on active commercial solar construction projects. You will work outdoors and around partially constructed carports and ground-mount solar systems, frequently coordinating with subcontractors, trades, and other construction personnel. The position involves being present during core construction hours, with schedules aligned to project needs and milestones. Standard construction-site safety practices apply, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and adherence to established safety procedures.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $53.00 - $55.00/hr.
