Software Product Manager

We're seeking a Software Product Manager to support mission-critical DoD software products used for organizational messaging, information sharing, and operational workflows. This role combines:

Customer-facing technical support

Linux administration & troubleshooting

Java application support

Release management & patch deployment

Documentation & training support

Software sustainment and operational engineering

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 5+ years supporting Java-based applications
• Linux command line and Bash scripting experience
• Experience with web application environments (Jetty, Apache, IIS)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Security+ or equivalent DoD 8140 qualification

Desired

• Java or JavaScript coding experience
• Azure or cloud environments
• DoD messaging or information transport systems
• Experience with AI-enabled troubleshooting and support tools
