Program Dates: September 21, 2026 – April 23, 2027
Time Commitment: 16-24 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need. We will do our best to accommodate course schedules.
Format: Opportunities listed will require an intern to work from Stamford, CT.

Operations & Technology: (O&T) is a $1B operating cash flow ($1.5B FCF) division of NBCUniversal. The group functions as a global shared service within NBCUniversal performing critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, Connecticut, and London.
Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to:
Global Network & Distribution, Automation & Reliability: As part of the Global Network & Distribution organization, this team provides the foundational connectivity and infrastructure that powers NBCUniversal’s content delivery across Studios, Sports, News, Enterprise systems, and streaming platforms including Peacock. The intern will support initiatives within the Observability space, contributing to the onboarding and offboarding of Network and Distribution/Broadcast assets using internal toolsets, as well as enhancing and optimizing observability capabilities. This role offers exposure to the systems and technologies that enable large-scale media distribution, with opportunities to improve monitoring, performance, and operational efficiency across critical infrastructure.

Desired Characteristics:
The hourly rate for student interns is $40.00.
