• Design, develop and maintain enterprise class mission critical applications for Payment Transformation Team
• Contribute in all aspects of application development life cycle (analysis, design, develop, test, deploy, support)
• Writing high quality & high performance code with high level of test coverage
• Adhering to Software Development Life-cycle policies, procedures and standards
• Ensuring applications adhere to all Wells Fargo policies, vulnerability management and technology updates
• Improving processes and automating to make them simpler, faster, and more secure
• Interact with business teams to review, analyze, design and implement solutions that meet the business need
• Ensure documentation on architecture, processes and systems changes are up to date
• Collaborate with other teams & team members to design, implement and maintain software solutions
• Be part of high-performing agile team with ability to flex according to project needs
• Continuously learn to improve skills and staying current on technology trends
• Develop automated testing scripts when needed

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
• 1+ year of financial industry experience
• 3+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
• 5+ years of software engineering and implementation experience
• 5+ years of Java experience
• 2+ years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot
• 3+ years of Oracle experience
• 1+ year of Agile experience

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Cloud computing experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Spring
• Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
• Ability to manage information governance policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management

• Experience in web 2.0, RIA.
• Strong work experience on Distributed Web Services/ Enterprise / Web / Client- Server systems using Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS, JAXP, JAXB), XML, RESTful/ SOA Web services, Spring, Hibernate, Active MQ, Hermes, JMS, JBPM.
• Expertise in design and development of web applications using Servlets, JSP Struts, JSF, Ajax4jsf, Rich Faces, AngularJS, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JQUERY, JavaScript, JSON Bootstrap.
• Strong working experience in build tools (like Maven, Gradle, Gulp), used for the build and Packaging.
• Experience in implementing TDD using JUnit, TESTNG, Protractor and Selenium.  
• Experience with Application Servers like JBOSS, IBM WebSphere & Apache Tomcat.
• Experienced in databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, MYSQL and MongoDB
• Ability to follow up on issues and drive progress of critical initiatives.
