Conduct Management Technology is a very complex system architecture under the umbrella of the Customer Excellence Technology stack, which require a substantial technical and process oriented Software Engineer. We are looking for a strong experienced Software Engineer that will be able to help develop and manage process design changes and efficiency efforts to date. This role will work on architecture changes, technical solutions and is responsible for maintaining and creating new features in an Agile environment supporting Conduct Management related systems. Software Engineer will also interact with our Enterprise Conduct Management Office, Scrum masters, Product owners and collaborate to ensure a work performed on system meets all regulatory commitments and compliance policy.

As a Software Engineer, the following will be contributors to you success:

• Acts in a lead technical role providing technical guidance and consultation with application teams, clients, and Engineering Managers for their technology domain environments
• Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices.
• Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with their technology domain including, upgrades and deployments.
• Manage risk in everything you do
• Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.
• Be a Technical Lead on projects and as an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems. RWF

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
• 5+ years of database design
• 7+ years of application development experience
• 4+ years of experience with source coding in one or a combination of the following: GitHub, SVN(Subversion), TFVC (Team Foundation Version Control) or TFSGit (Team Foundation Server)
• 7+ years of web applications experience
• 2 + years of experience with infrastructure traffic data flow analytics tools
• 2+ years of experience with software architecture design principles and designing software solutions
• 3+ years of RESTful service development experience using .Net core

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise
• 7+ years of .net experience
• .NET Core experience
• 5 + years of experience developing Single Page Architecture (SPA) web application using ASP.NET MVC, Knockout, Javascript, or JQuery, or with frameworks such as Angular.JS or HTML 5

• Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
• Ability to work additional hours as needed

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $84,000 Mid: $120,000
