EBS Application Developer
Technology Group (FST) within Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is seeking a developer to assist in support and development of our Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This will include support of our Corporate Finance business.
This role demands a focus on establishing trusted partnerships, prioritization, and design leadership. In addition, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate competency in the areas of collaborative problem solving, effective consultation, and critical analysis of business case, requirements, and design.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Working within a medium-sized technology work unit in a global, large and complex enterprise environment.
- Partner with and work alongside numerous internal support teams who provide critical functions necessary to the ongoing operation of the application.
- Develop and support efforts for the Oracle E-Business finance applications as they participate in critical projects with challenging deliverables and timeframes
- Continually driving the improvement of our development and support model for our Oracle Applications
- Provide time and effort estimates for implementation functionality of varying complexity.
- Communicating status, plans, progress, and issues with a wide variety of audiences, including senior technical and business management, peers, and technical staff.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 8+ years of information technology experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience
- 2+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- 5+ years of performance tuning experience
- Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: large scale development projects, including data migrations and third party vendor integrations
- Experience supporting or directing offshore teams
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management
